Here’s how a typical week of online coaching flows:
Monday: You start the week with your customized training program. Workouts are laid out with exercises, sets, reps, and progression built specifically for you.
Tuesday–Thursday: You train on your schedule. You’ll track your sessions in the provided sheets/app, and send over any form videos you’d like reviewed. I’ll provide direct feedback on technique, execution, and adjustments.
Friday: Weekly check-in. You’ll submit your training log, progress photos (if applicable), and feedback on how the week went. I’ll analyze your progress, make program updates, and send back a clear game plan for the week ahead.
Saturday–Sunday: Open line for questions and guidance — whether it’s about training, nutrition, recovery, or staying consistent.
